Booking Terms & Conditions
A non returnable deposit of £20.00 per person is required on all bookings.
Once you have booked and it has been confirmed, you have entered into a legally binding contract for the dates that you have booked.
If you have to cancel for any reason then you will loose your deposit and may have to pay Cancellation charges. (See Below)
If you wish to change the dates of your booking less than 14 days before the arrival date of your original booking, this may be taken as a cancellation and you will loose your deposit and may have to pay Cancellation charges. (See Below)
If you have to cut short your stay for any reason, the full cost of your booking is payable
We strongly advise customers to take out holiday insurance.
If you cancel your booking more than 14 days before arrival date you will loose your deposit
If a booking is cancelled between 7 and 14 days before arrival. 50% of the booking is payable.
If a booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival. 80% of the booking is payable.
In the event of a no show or curtailment the full amount is payable.
We reserve the right to charge for any extra cleaning or damages to property caused by inappropriate behavior.
When making a booking with us by phone or online we require your contact details (Name, address, telephone number or e-mail) in order to process your booking.
This information is only used by us to confirm your booking or to contact you regarding your booking.
We do not share your information with any other companies or businesses.
Your details given to us over the phone are kept secure by us and on-line booking details are securely stored on Queensborough Booking system.
We do not store Credit or Debit card details.
We may send you our offers or new tariffs but only if we have your consent to do so.
