Booking Terms & Conditions/Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit of £20.00 per person is required on all bookings.
There will be no further charges if a booking is cancelled before 3:00pm, 3 days before your date of arrival, just the loss of your deposit.
If a booking is cancelled later, or in the case of a no-show or curtailment the full amount will be charged.
We strongly advise customers to take out holiday insurance.
Damages
We reserve the right to charge for loss of keys and any extra cleaning or damages to property caused by inappropriate behavior.
Privacy Policy
When making a booking with us by phone or online we require your contact details (Name, address, telephone number or e-mail) in order to process your booking.
This information is only used by us to confirm your booking or to contact you regarding your booking.
We do not share your information with any other companies or businesses.
Your details given to us over the phone are kept secure by us and on-line booking details are securely stored on Queensborough Booking system.
We do not store Credit or Debit card details.
We may send you our offers or new tariffs but only if we have your consent to do so.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.
